Description

Amendment 003 extends the due date for receipt of quotes from June 26, 2023 at 12:00 PM (local Washington, DC time) to July 5, 2023 at 12:00 PM (local Washington, DC time).

Amendment 002 makes changes to the Solicitation labor categories among other changes.

Amendment 001 extends the time for receipt of quotes from June 12, 2023 at 12:00 PM (local Washington, DC time) to June 26, 2023 at 12:00 PM (local Washington, DC time).

The RSC Psychotherapy Group Services program will meet the needs of high-risk offenders with extensive substance abuse histories. Treatment readiness and motivation is the focus of each of the interventions offered at the RSC. This evidence-based intervention is structured to address one or more of the factors identified as a particular challenge to an offender’s successful reentry and long-term recovery from substance abuse. These factors may include psychiatric distress, substance abuse, cognitive impairments, protracted withdrawal, poor attachment/social bonding, and extensive criminality.

Description of Services. Psychotherapy group services is provided by a trained and licensed Psychologist that uses evidenced based interventions to change behavior and dysfunctional thinking. This psychotherapy must be intense, cognitive behavioral interventions designed to reduce the likelihood of reoffending.
