Description
Federated IT performed the original installation of the equipment and provided maintenance under a different contract which has since expired. Because Federated IT provided a unique programming code for the Crestron Pro2 which controls all of the other equipment in the rack, they are best qualified to continue maintaining all of the equipment. They currently have copies of the latest source code. If equipment needed to be replaced due to failure, Federated IT could simply update the source code and reinstall it in the Crestron Pro2.
