Description
This is an amendment to solicitation W912D1-23-Q-0026. This solicitation is for the purchase and delivery of two (2) aircraft ramp system with the following salient characteristics:
SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS:
- Ramps should have Tread Surface.
- Non-slip feature on ramp surface.
- Each ramp system should have a maximum axle weight capacity of 20,000lbs per paired ram section or aircraft limitations. Each ramp rated at 10,500 lbs. minimum.
- System must be modular and portable. System shall be stackable and compliant with HCU463L Air Cargo Pallet specifications.
- Maximum Contact Pressure less than 50 PSI.
- Creates 7.0-degree load angle or less on C5 and C17 aircraft.
- Ramps must have adjustable stands with a maximum stand of 36 inch height.
- Ramps must include a shipping container where all pieces fit.
- Ramp set up must have a single wheel width of 36 inches.
- Ramps must comply with concentrated load aircraft limitations.
- All ramp components must have been verified by ATTLA and listed on the Internal Air Transport Certification to meet requirements for loading onto C-130, C-17, C-5, and Landing Craft Air Cushion.
- Must provide a minimum limited warranty of two (2) years on ramp system.
- Must provide a minimum limited warranty of one (1) year on storage box.
- ATTLA Certification is required for Ramp System to be employed. Offeror shall provide evidence of certification.
Brand Name or Equal similar to following characteristics:
- All ramps 36’ wide.
- Outside Runs 4” spacing between each 2” wide heavy duty serrated cleat. (5 teeth per cleat minimum).
- Inside Run 2” spacing between each 2” wide heavy duty serrated cleat. (5 teeth per cleat minimum).
- Approach Ramp. 100” long. Approx. 135 lbs. each. 2 handles on each side. Qty = 3 needed
- Main Ramp. 94” long. Approx. 151 lbs. each. 2 handles on each side. Qty = 3 needed
- Door Wedge Ramp. 44” long. Approx. 71 lbs. each. 1 handle on each side of ramp. Qty = 3 needed
- 10” tall center support stands. Approx. 25 lbs. each. Qty = 3 needed.
Industrial belting adhered to any place that system component touches the aircraft to prevent ramp movement on aircraft.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Prospective awardees must be registered in System for Award Management (SAMs) prior to invoicing. Information on registering in SAMs may be obtained at https://www.sam.gov. The provisions FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors – Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. The clause FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders - Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. The contractor shall comply with all Federal, State, and Local regulations.
