NSWC Crane Bldg 41 - HVAC/RTU (Weather-Rite)

PROJECT TITLE: NSWC Crane – Weather-Rite HVAC/RTU

A. GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENT: This acquisition is pursuant to the provisions set forth by Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, “Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.” In this acquisition, the contractor shall supply and deliver one (1) Weather-Rite RTU to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) located in Crane, Indiana in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.

Pricing shall include parts, materials, deliveries, and any incidentals to perform the entire work described in the statement of work.

B. REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District Office, located at 600 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Pl, Louisville, KY 40202, is seeking price quotes from SMALL BUSINESSES to perform the work described herein.

Note: The solicitation will be available on the web only. Faxed, telephoned, or mailed requests for this solicitation will not be honored. To download the solicitation for this project, contractors are required to register at the Federal Contract Opportunities website at www.SAM.gov.

C. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Duration is thirty (30) weeks from the date of award.

D. COMPETITION: Competition for this acquisition is RESTRICTED to ELIGIBLE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The applicable Size Standard is North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333415, with a Small Business size standard of 1,500 EMPLOYEES.

AN OFFEROR MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT WHEN PLACING AN OFFER/QUOTATION PACKAGE FOR THIS ACQUISITION. REGISTRATION CAN BE COMPLETED FREE OF CHARGE AT www.sam.gov.

E. DUE DATE AND TIME: PRICE QUOTES WILL BE REQUIRED NO LATER THAN August 08, 2022 AT 2:00 P.M. (Eastern Time). QUOTES WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED VIA EMAIL TO Amy M. Phillips at amy.m.phillips@usace.army.mil (ENSURE that the Solicitation Number of "W912QR22Q0089" & Project Title (NSWC Crane: Weather-Rite HVAC/RTU) is included in the subject line of your email). Note that any electronic files (EMAIL) CANNOT EXCEED this Agency's size limit of 20MB (includes email and its attachments); files exceeding this size will be denied access to Ms. Phillips’/Mr. Westgate’s email inbox.

In addition to the completed price breakout schedule/price quote, the Offeror must complete their Representation and Certifications located in the solicitation.

F. AWARD: One award will be made to the responsive, responsible Contractor submitting the lowest priced quote for the items called out herein this solicitation. NOTE: Past performance will be verified via the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS).
