Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 May 22, 2024. This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Scope of Work

Guantanamo Bay Naval Station's Regional Contracting Office seeks a qualified vendor to deliver, install, configure, and program a ceiling-mounted X-ray machine.

Requirements:

· Meet all specifications outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

· Coordinate delivery and installation of the X-ray system.

· Provide on-site training for staff within 60 days of contract award.

· Conduct one on-site maintenance in accordance with the PWS.
