Description

United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO)- Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Texas Army National Guard Homeland Response Force (HRF) Vehicle Modifications in accordance with Attachment 1, 2 & 3. This requirement is a small business set aside.

This combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912L1-23-Q-1063. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 dated June 2, 2023, and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN20230609.
