BLM-CO Park Center Well Maintenance
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services under FAR Part 12. The BLM requires monthly maintenance and manual measurements at the Park Center Water Well. See Attachment 1 SOW for more details. The BLM intends to award a Base + 4 Year option contract for this procurement.
Basic Contracting Requirements:
1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov
2. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov
3. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Item Procedures
4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition
5. Service Contract Act Wages for Fremont County, CO
6. Total Small Business Set Aside for NAICS - 541620 - Size Std: $16.5M
7. Type of Contract - Firm Fixed Price
8. Award Basis - Low Price Technically Acceptable

Minimum Requirements for Responsive Quote:
1. Filled out, priced (all line items) and signed SF1449 (first pages of solicitation)
2. Technical Response detailing your experience, human and equipment resources, specific plan of action, documentation of recent and relevant past performance performing work of similar size and scope.
3. Email Items 1 and 2 to the POC below no later than the response due date.
