Roofing service contract for the Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet, NY. The action will require semi-annually
inspections and repairs of damage per scope of work.
This solicitation contains a provision for option quantities/years.
It is estimated the solicitation will be posted on 28 March 2022; at which time, all specifications and documents pertinent to this procurement will be made available.
Estimated period of performance will be 15 July 2022 to 14 July 2025
In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications.
The project intends to follow the sustainable acquisition principles of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 23, as applicable.

The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on https://sam.gov/ and will be listed under Army Contracting Command ACC-Watervliet Arsenal (ACC-WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list.
