Description
This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0287 is to provide Cage Washer in accordance with the Requirements provided in the “Attachments/Links” section.
The associated NAICS is 339112 (“Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing”) with a small business size standard of under 1,000 employees. The applicable PSC is 6640 (“Laboratory Equipment and Supplies”). This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted.
It is the Government’s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award.

A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details.
All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. Quotes are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Monday, August 5, 2024.
