Description

The United States Coast Guard Base New Orleans is accepting quotes form qualified individuals or firms for grounds and landscaping maintenance at Port Lavaca Housing in Calhoun, Texas. All work is to be in accordance with the performance Work Statement.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to meet all specifications for all the areas within the perimeter of Port O’Connor Housing. The land includes seven quarter acre front and back yards. Areas under this contract include, all lawn areas, front and back, natural vegetation, trees, shrubs, planter beds, and cultivated areas. Contractor shall clean up all debris caused by Contractor. Contractor shall also remove all leaves and debris, which are not caused by Contractor from all sidewalks, drainage areas, and catch basins.

This is set aside 100% for small business.

All contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov.

This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest bidder.

Federal Acquisition Regulation Clauses and Department of Labor Wage Rates are applicable.
