Description

UPDATE: The Conference dates have been updated below, from August 4-14, 2024 to August 4-9, 2024.  Requirements for capacity, food/beverage, and AV remain the same.

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the Department of the Treasury, intends to issue a sole source contract utilizing FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items to Trade Center Management Associates, LLC, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20004-3002.  The contract will be to utilize the Ronald Reagan International Building and Trade Center to host the OCC's All Employees Conference during August 4 - 9, 2024.

The OCC requires space for 1,800 conference attendees each week.  Additional rooms, such as break out rooms, reception area, executive office rooms, are also required.  AV and Food and Beverage items are included in this contract.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; a solicitation document will not be isued.  All information received by requested date with pricing and sufficient technical documenation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC.  A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC.  Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
