Description

The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 16 has a requirement to TAB air flows, air exchanges, room static pressure differentials, temperatures, and relative humidity for the Building 21 HVAC System located at the VA Medical Center in Fayetteville, AR in accordance with the Veterans Affairs (VA) VHAC Design Guide 2017, Rev. Mar 2022, Edition.   This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents between 11/23/2022-11/28/2022, which will contain the specific instructions and work requirements.   The solicitation will be issued as a total Small Business (SB) set-aside. All interested parties must be registered and active in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, at the time an offer or quotation is submitted and the date of award. Award will NOT be delayed to allow time for registration.   The Government intends to award one standalone contract with a 60-day period of performance.   This is a pre-solicitation notice only. No pricing is being requested at this time. Please monitor Contracting Opportunities for issuance of the actual solicitation to download the associated solicitation documents. Telephone and fax requests for this notice will not be accepted.   Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) system prior to award of a government contract. Potential offerors are further advised that failure to register in the SAM database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI) number. It is recommended that your firm register immediately in order to be eligible for award. No response to this notice is necessary and no source list will be maintained. This announcement does not constitute solicitation.
