Description
This Contract seeks to support full life-cycle IT acquisitions and CPIC.
The IT acquisition support will include all pre-award, award, and post-award activities and documentation required to make the best possible procurement to ensure success.
The Contractor will manage the total work effort associated with the services required to meet the performance objectives and standards. Management of this Contract will include: planning, scheduling, resource management, and associated costs, transition planning, reporting, deliverables preparation, and submissions, establishing and maintaining records, risk management and lessons learned data repositories, quality assurance and metrics, customer relationship management, liaison activities, metric management, and strategic business planning. The Contractor will conduct all work in a manner that seeks to establish an effective balance between maximizing productivity and minimizing waste while fully complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and terms and conditions of this PWS. The Contractor will ensure that all work meets or exceeds performance standards included in this PWS and referenced documents.
