Description

US Embassy in Malaysia is seeking exterior cleaning services for its properties in Kuala Lumpur. 

All relevant details are in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). 

The U.S. Embassy located in Kuala Lumpur requires Exterior Cleaning services for 1-year period at GOPs (Government Owned Properties). The Contractor shall perform Exterior services as described in this Statement of Work.  Worksites include properties on compounds, townhouses and single-family homes in Kuala Lumpur. The objective of scheduled service is to maintain a clean, presentable, functional exterior area and drainage.

The period of performance shall be one (1) year after the date of Notice to Proceed. The contractor shall complete services on the schedule below.  The visits must be equally spread out over the course of the period of performance. The contractor cannot combine multiple site visits into a single site visit.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site. The pre-proposal conference will be held on July 24, 2024, at 9:00 AM Kuala Lumpur time at the US Embassy Kuala Lumpur. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov by July 19, 2024, at 4:00 PM for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. 

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time to KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word or MS-Excel or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 25MB. If the file size should exceed the 25MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 25MB each.
