Mission Test Support Services

This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. This RFI is for market research and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with the submission of information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to the interested parties for responses. No awards will be made from the responses to this announcement. However, responses may be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a future procurement. 

In attempt to bolster government and industry coordination and partnership in supporting the Mission Test Support Services at the United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), AZ. This RFI is being issued to inquire about services procuring specialized personnel and expertise to help support USAYPG’s mission.  Developmental Testing (DT) or Operational Testing (OT) or an Integrated DT/OT environment that currently takes place at the subordinate test centers Yuma Test Center (YTC), Yuma, AZ and Cold Region Test Center (CRTC), Fort Greely, AK.  Refer to Attachment 1 - Draft Mission Test Support Services Performance Work Statement with the inclusion of a third subordinate test center Tropic Region Test Center (TRTC) location in Panama, Honduras, and Suriname.      

The Government is requesting recommendations from industry as to whether it should incorporate TRTC as one of the three subordinate test centers to be supported under this requirement. Similarly, request if industry is interested in proposing on this combined effort.

After a review of the responses received, a pre-solicitation synopsis and solicitation may be published in SAM.gov. Respondents will be added to the prospective offerors list for any subsequent solicitation. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. 

Confidentiality: No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. 

All responses to this RFI must be submitted in writing to Karen Davis (karen.f.davis.civ@army.mil) or Tejae Craig (tejae.craig.civ@army.mil). Responses shall be submitted in MS Word or Adobe PDF format not later January 19, 2023, 10:00 AM MST.
