This solicitation is intended to result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the supplies specified.

The resulting contract will establish pricing to be utilized throughout the term of the agreement.

There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) included within this solicitation. 

All interested contractors must have valid and accurate accounts within SAM and JCP to request and receive access to this information.

This solicitation, when processed, will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.  Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list.  The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the internet in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. 

Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
