Description
Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition
The U.S. Government intends to award renewal option using other than full and open
competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in
Roanoke, VA at Roanoke Regional Airport.
The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 1,513 ANSI/BOMA
occupant area. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.

To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by January 20, 2025. (Submissions by other than the
owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting
permission to make a general offering of the space).

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Roanoke, VA, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements.
