DEPUY SYNTHES SALES INC. will provide various Orthopedic Trauma set As listed in a Separate document with approximately 190-line items required to replace some of the obsolete equipment sets for the Wichita VAMC. This acquisition will be ordered against the mandatory SAC contract VA119-17-D-0008. The place of performance is for the Department of Veterans Affairs - Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center located at 5500 E. Kellogg Avenue, Wichita, KS. 67218-1607. The NAICS code is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 Employees, and PSC 6515. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement No Later Than 04/25/2022 at 11:00 am Central Time. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required product/services. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
