THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION.
This synopsis is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a BPA Call from an established BPA for Region 5 Cone Collection and does not constitute a request for quotes or for submission of any information in response to this notification.
The USDA Forest Service (FS) is issuing this synopsis as a means of complying with the USDA's policy in the Contracting Desk Book, section 413.303 Simplified Acquisition Methods - Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).
The USDA FS intends on awarding a BPA Call for Cone Collection on Plumas National Forest.
This procurement is restricted to the approved eligible companies listed on the R5 Cone Collection BPA.
This requirement will be awarded as a BPA Call against the R5 Cone Collection Blanket Purchase Agreements previously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at www.SAM.gov.
The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice.
