Blue River and Cottage Grove ESS Electronic Security System Materials Upgrade

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation W9127N22Q0064 is for the purchase of supplies with specified components for the Electronic Security Systems (ESS) upgrade at Blue River and Cottage Grove. The following solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-05.

This solicitation is advertised as a 100% Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS Code 335999 All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of active SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.

The Government requests Lot pricing for the schedule of items in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) attached at the end of this document. Offerors are required to break out the cost of each line item in the attached Excel file. Please enter the price for the entire Lot here:

All items covered by the Brand Name Determination document are specifically Brand Name and must be manufactured by the company indicated. All other items not listed by the Brand Name Determination document are considered Brand Name or Equal.
