Bldg # is in red.** **UPDATED: Add Pictures of Equipment at Plant 42, Palmdale CA** PLEASE READ THE ATTACHMENT 9 - COMBINED SOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS. This is a Total Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 81130 with a size standard of $12,500,000. The contract type is anticipated to be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with Task Orders. It is anticipated that single award will be issued. This will be a period of performance of 5 years. Description of requirement: IDIQ for the acquisition of Oil and Water Separator Services at Edwards AFB (EAFB), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), and Plant 42. The 412th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) is requesting a service for Maintenance and Repair of Oil Water Separators. The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, tools, vehicles, supplies, materials, equipment, and labor necessary to inspect, maintain, pump and clean, remove and dispose of OWS contents and repair oil water separators (OWS) located at Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), and Air Force Plant 42, located in Palmdale, CA. All work shall conform with the manufacturer operation and maintenance manuals, all federal, state, local laws and regulations, commercial standards, Air Force Occupational Safety and Health (AFVA 91-209), The USAF Mishap Prevention Program (DAFI 91-202) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. Work shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall also be responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs to the high-pressure oil water separators (HPOWS) and the pressure washer system at Bldg. #9505, Precision Impact Range Area (PIRA). ***For additional details please see PWS (Attachment # 1)
