Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The Department of Veterans Affairs, James A Haley VA, Contracting Office, Tampa, FL 33637 has a need to complete construction work for a wheelchair accessible counter for the reception area to meet with applicable requirements of Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) standards as listed on Attachment 1 (Statement of Work). The RFQ # is 36C24823R0155. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ, and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-03 (5-26-2023). The combined synopsis solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 236220; the size standard is $45 Million. Note, interested SDVOSB Offerors must be listed and registered in sba.gov to be considered for Award. Additionally, Offerors must provide an Authorized Distributor Letter and Limitations on Subcontracting (LOS) with their quote. Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submissions will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all. All quotes are due no later than (NLT) 6-23-2023 @ 2:00 PM EST. via e-mail to: shantee.bryant@va.gov. The Subject Line of the response e-mail shall include RFQ# 36C24823R0155 . Offers received after the exact time specified in the solicitation are considered late and may at the discretion of the Contracting Officer be considered if the action would not unduly delay the acquisition or are deemed to be in the best interest of the Government.
