JROTC Drill Camp Support

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to procure management and support services for one-hundred and fifty (150) cadets and twenty-five (25) MCJROTC instructors at the Nationals Drill Camp (NDC), Schreiner University, Kerrville, Texas. The purpose of which is to develop the potential in MCJROTC cadets to become better leaders and participants in the various skills present in drill & ceremony competition. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for the above services to the firm of Sports Network International, Inc located at 10 Vroadcreek CIR, Ormond Beach, Florida 32174-8740 USA. Proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. DURATION: The contract is for a period of performance from 6-July-2022 to 12-July-2022. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
