Description
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, packing supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items (non-personal services) necessary to perform the task as described within this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The dinning facility equipment in Attachment 03 (Yellow Tagged) will be removed from Building 7011 on Fort Riley, Kansas 66442 and transported to Building 7920 for storage. The dinning facility equipment in Attachment 04 (Red Tagged) will be removed from Building 7011 on Fort Riley, Kansas 66442 and placed in dumpster behind Building 7011. Contractor shall provide transportation to the work areas including fuel and any other specialized equipment such as dollies, lifts, moving blankets, wrapping paper, safety cones etc. All costs shall be covered by contractor. The contractor shall accomplish this service requiring the equipment to be delivered by the Contractor to the Government are non-personal services, and no employer-employee relationship exists or will exist under the contract between the Government and Contractor and/or between Government personnel. Contractor personnel shall be responsible not to the Government, but solely to the Contractor, who shall be accountable to the Government.The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, packing supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items (non-personal services) necessary to perform the task as described within this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
