Description

This amendment is to answer questions submitted and will be under attachment 75H71423Q00008-0001. 

This procurement will require fourteen (14) performance laptops, seventeen (17) 32” monitors, and twenty-eight (28) docking stations that are the same make/manufacture as the performance laptops. These performance laptops must be durable and easily portable to accommodate frequent travel between on-site and telework locations. No refurbished equipment will be accepted. Please see SOW attachment for more information. Must submit specifications for all equipment. Product can be Dell brand name or similar..

This acquisition is set-aside for Total small business Based on Best Value.

The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this requirment is 334111. The solicitation will be awarded as a single award firm-fixed price type contract.

This solicitation is set-aside for HUBZone small business. If TAOIHS does not receive offer(s) that is reasonably priced, TAOIHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns.

This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at https://www.sam.gov. In compliance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) M-15-19 memorandum “Improving Government Efficiency and Saving Taxpayer Dollars Through Electronic Invoicing” directing Federal agencies to adopt electronic invoicing as the primary means to disburse
payment to vendors.

The Offeror shall complete the following in order to submit a complete quote.

(a)          Complete and return Standard Form 1449, including your DUNS/Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number. Include contact information for your Principal (the person authorized to represent you and negotiate in this matter).

***NOTE: Sign in Block 30a, Name and Title of Signer in Block 30b, Date in Block 30c. Include the Offereor’s DUNS/ Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number and email address for correspondence in Block 17a.

(b)          Complete and return any Amendments (SF30) that has been issued, complete Block 8, 15A and 15B before submitting. 

(c)           Complete Pricing (page 2 of SF-1449).

(d)           Include prior contracts with the federal government including name, address, point of contact, phone number, contract number and period of performance

Invoices submitted under any award resulting from this solicitation will be required to utilize the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) in accordance with HHSAR 352.232-71, Electronic Submission and Processing of Payment Requests”.

IPP is a secure, web-based electronic invoicing system provided by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service, in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of St.Louis (FRSTL). Respondents to this solicitation are encouraged to register an account with IPP if they have not already done so. If your organization is already registered to use IPP, you will not be required to reregister-however, we encourage you make sure your organization and designated IPP user accounts are valid and up to date.
