Description
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order for the maintenance service and emergency service to Two (2) CATISO SCADA Systems at the U.S. Embassy London. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with two (2) one-year options.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site, the pre-proposal conference will be held on Friday May 24, 2024, at 2:30pm BST at the U.S. Embassy, London 33 Nine Elms Lane, SW11 7US. Prospective offerors are required to provide the names of the individuals who will attend the site visit on or before close of business on Thursday, May 16th, 2024, and ensure that they bring with them a form of ID, i.e. passport, on the day.
Questions may be submitted by email to LondonProc@state.gov up until May 28, 2024 at 5:00pm BST. No questions will be accepted after this time or at any other email address. Questions will be anonymized and answers with be sent electronically to all parties who have expressed an interest in this solicitation.
Quotations are due by June 3, 2024, at 5:00pm BST. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted.
Your quotation must be submitted electronically to LondonProc@state.gov. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word, MS-Excel, or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each. Quotations provided via links to third party websites will not be accepted.
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
