with the title “12805B24Q0339 Site Visit Registration” please follow the instructions on Attachment 4 and 5. Contractors must be registered to attend the site visit. If Contractors are not registered they will not be permitted on the site visit. The site visit registration deadline is June 21, 2024 any registration request received after June 21, 2024 will not be accepted.
Attendees should be employed by the prime contractor that intends to provide an offer for this solicitation. Subcontractor attendees are allowed to attend, and shall identify which prime contractor they are attending with on the sign in roster sheet. Prime contractors may not send multiple subcontractors to represent them, in an attempt to compete subcontractors amongst each other. Prime contractors may send proxy subcontractors to represent them in this capacity, given they clearly identify on the sign in sheet what prime contractor they are representing on the site visit. Subcontractors that fail to disclose on the sign in roster which prime contractor they are representing as a proxy, then that prime contract will not be given credit as attending the mandatory site visit.
