16. Description: This requirement is for one U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 800 ammunition TEUs while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT segregation and compatibility requirements. The vessel must be capable of 13 knots minimum when laden and must not exceed maximum Length Overall (LOA) of 305 meters (1,000 ft.) and draft 8.9 meters (29.5 ft.).
17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Military Ocean Terminal, Concord, CA (USA). The laydays commence and cancel 14 June 2022. The period of performance will be for 64 days.
