This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSB must be listed as verified on the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database located at Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) in order to receive contract awards under the Veterans First Contracting Program. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for: Solid Waste Removal Contract for the South Texas Health Care System, 7400 Merton Minter Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78229 in accordance with the Statement of Work. TECHNICAL QUESTIONS: Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email only no later than 3:00 PM Central Time (CDT), October 16, 2023.
