Description
Norfolk Harbor and Channels Navigation Improvement, Atlantic Ocean Channel (AOC) Phase I, located in Hampton Roads, Virginia Responses to various bidder inquiries received via ProjNet, bid due date is NOT extended and remains 1 February 2023 and bid opening remains 2 February 2023. The contract writing system was down from 20-27 January 2023, therefore, an SF30 Amendment document could not be released at that time. The off-line amendment was issued to allow timely release of information to potential bidders regarding the project. Once the system was back on-line, the SF30 Amendment document was created and released in the writing system and uploaded to PIEE. This is why this Amendment is 0009. Please ensure to acknowledge any/all Amendments.
