Wildlife Fencing - Booneville Plant Materials Center, Booneville, Arkansas
*** THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE UNDER SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES ***
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation Acquisition Division intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13 on behalf of the USDA - Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS).
The Arkansas NRCS seeks for work to be performed for the Installation of a wildlife fence around the perimeter at the Arkansas Booneville Plant Materials Center.
An organized site visit has been scheduled for: June 29, 2023 @ 9AM - 12PM Local Time Location: Booneville Plant Materials Center, 6883 South State Highway 23, Booneville, AR 72927
Interested contractors must be registered in and must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award. This opportunity will be a Total Small Business set-aside. A firm fixed price construction contract is anticipated under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. Payment Bond (SF-25A), Irrevocable Letter of Credit (ILC), or a Tripartite Escrow Agreement in the amount of 100% of the project cost will be required within 10 calendar days of award of the contract. The anticipated period of performance for this project is 60 calendar days from the date the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 238990. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $16.5M.
