Description
The US Embassy London has a requirement for Local Removals Services and intends to meet this requirement by establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The BPA is a non-contractual arrangement whereby the government agrees to make purchases relating to this particular requirement with the same vendor/s over a period of five years. Please note that the BPA does not guarantee any quantity of business for a particular vendor and that the Consulate may choose to award BPAs to more than one vendor and rotate business.
U.S. Government Contractors receiving an award valued at $30,000 USD or greater must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database at www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. The website compiles standard information such as company legal name, street address, contact information, and the kinds of goods and services offered. There is no cost involved, neither in obtaining the NCAGE code nor to register in SAM. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
Interested vendors should refer to the attached Statement of Work and supporting documentation and contact the London Procurement Team at the following email address: Procurement_Box6@state.gov. Please use the subject line “19UK5625Q0010- Local Removal Services".
