Description
The Office of National Marine Sanctuaries requires one new and unused Class II research vessel for operations in American Samoa. The vessels will carry science and dive parties of up to nine persons total. The vessels will conduct the following missions: Monitoring, coral restoration, water sampling, mooring buoys, reef & fish surveys, partner missions, education & outreach, and emergency response.
This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is being conducted using FAR Part 13 procedures, in conjunction with FAR Part 12.
AMENDMENT 0001: The following changes are made as a result of Amendment 0001:
- Extend the closing date of the solicitation from August 16, 2024 at 2:00 PM Central to August 30, 2024 at 10:00 AM Central
- Extend the deadline for vendor questions to August 22, 2024 at 10:00 AM Central
- Revise the Statement of Work
- Add Attachment 3 for Vendor Questions and Government Responses
- Add requirement for quotes to remain valid for a period of 90 days after submission
