Amendment 0001 is attached along with a wage determination. The wage determination originally included was for Lane County. It has been changed to Linn County. Be sure to acknowledge this amendment in your bid submissions.

A site visit was conducted on 24 May 2023. The attendance list can be found in the attached documents. Questions at the site visit were directed to be submitted through ProjNet as instructed in the solicitation.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, has a requirement for the Green Peter Injunction Deep Drawdown Temporary Power Supply Project. The Scope of Work for this project is to perform ground/wall penetrating radar and core drill through the powerhouse floor and walls. The contractor is to procure and install new generator connection and junction boxes along with conduits and cables/conductors necessary for a 250kW diesel-engine generator to connect to the powerhouse station service at SQ Switchgear (see drawing screen shot below). The contractor will also procure and install new control devices at the existing SQ Switchgear to have the ability to auto-start, shut down, and provide status indication to the powerhouse’s SCADA and local LED systems.
