Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for SCD 25536 Electric Plant Technical Refresh Software service, this will be fulfilled on a Sole Source basis from Woodward Inc..
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
