Description

SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY 1. The Department of Veterans Affair, Network Contracting Office 19, is seeking sources for a potential agreement to provide instrument sharpening and repair for Veterans Affairs (VA) Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 19. Veterans Affairs (VA) Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 19 consists of the Eastern Colorado Health Care System, 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, Colorado 80045; the Grand Junction Health Care System, 2121 North Avenue, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501; the Cheyenne VA Medical Center, 2360 E. Pershing Blvd, Cheyenne Wyoming, 82001; the Salt Lake City Health Care System, 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84148; the Montana Health Care System, 3687 Veterans Drive, Fort Harrison, MT 59636; the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System, 1011 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, OK 74401 and the VA Oklahoma City Health Care System, 921 N.E. 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104. 2. The intended contract(s) period will be for five (4) years; one 12-month Base period and three 12-month option years. 3. The Government is interested in sources that can provide some or all of the required services as stated in the Performance Work Statement. Interested parties are encouraged to respond with what they can provide. 4. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (HUBZone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran owned small business, or large business) relative to NACIS 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on Contract Opportunities or GSA. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. 5. This is a sources sought announcement ONLY and is NOT a request for proposals or quotes. 6.
