Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Comprehensive Credit Bureau Data

This is a notice of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency"s (OCC) intent to sole souce a contract award for comprehensive credit bureau data in accordance with the attached sole source justification and performance work statement (PWS).  All potential vendors of this data are encouraged to submit information on their capabilities if they beleive they can satisfy ALL requirements of the attached PWS and they can demonstrate a sole source contract award is not nesessary.  The OCC will consider the submitted information prior to making a final determination to sole source a contract award. Sumissions are due to this notice's point of contact at joey.barden@occ.treas.gov no later than the closing date of this special notice of intent to sole source (i.e., 2/10/2023 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time).  Late submissions may not be considered.
