Description
The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, IAW 10 United States Code 2304(c)(1) as implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A), to State University of New York (SUNY)-Upstate Medical University (UMU), 750 E Adams Street, Syracuse NY 13210, as the only responsible source that can provide the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) Viral Diseases Branch (VDB) research for single cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) pipeline and associated data analysis strategies to include the Alpha-Virus Vectored Antibody Delivery (AVVAD) platform.
