Holloman AFB is seeking to upgrade the Communication Manager (cm) Avaya 6.3 to Avaya 8.1 in accordance with the attached 'Statement of Objectives.'

Interested vendors must be certified/trained to work on Avaya equipment/systems. Proof of qualification is required.

A non-mandatory site visit will be held. See attached combined/synopsis solicitation for details.

Questions and quotes are required to be submitted by the deadlines posted within the solicitation to the POC listed.
