Description
Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue a sole source procurement to ABBOTT LABORATORIES INC. for Abbott iSTAT test cartridges, controls and, calibration materials. This procurement will be a delivery order against the Abbott Laboratories Inc. contract on the GSA/FSS Multiple Award Schedule and will use the NAICS code 325413. PSC code used is 6550. This sole source GSA/FSS delivery order falls under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 and FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B).
