Description
The U.S. Government currently occupies clinical and related space in a building under a lease in Plano, TX. The Government is considering a superseding lease for a term of 10 (ten) years; 5 (five) years firm at the current location but will consider alternative space if economically advantageous, otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. The square footage is for 20,118 rentable square feet (RSF)/17,882 ABOA with 50 on-site parking spaces. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements.
