Page 1 of 3 STATEMENT OF WORK The Hershel Woody Williams VAMC Fisher House located at 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington WV, 25704 needs to repair components of the fire system. . Vendor will provide all services, parts or equipment to repair the fire system at the Fisher House. Tasks to be accomplished: Vendor will provide all parts or equipment to repair the damaged fire system at the Fisher House which includes the following parts and services: Point to point deployment Remove Curtain Roller Remove curtain fabric Remove one damaged motor at headbox 2 Remove two damaged motor controllers at headbox 2 Install one new motor at headbox 2 Install two new motor controllers at headbox 2 Remove once damaged control panel at headbox Install one new control panel at headbox 2 Reinstall curtain roller Recommissioning of system Synchronize system Materials to be provided: (1) Motor High Power GR53, (1) Control Panel-High Power and (2) Motor Controllers All materials shall be brought to the Fisher House, 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington, WV. Delivery vehicles shall keep traffic disruptions to a minimum. Use of any other entry points must be approved by Chief, Engineering Service prior to use Vendor shall deliver required parts or equipment specified above during approved work times. Approved work times for this job shall be normal working hours of 8AM 430PM
