General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Additional Requirements: Offered space must be located on one contiguous floor.
Offered Space must be located on the Ground Floor. Ground floor level providing direct access from the secure parking lot to allow for effective operation of vehicles
and recurring movement of pest survey supplies, including traps and lure; and portable table, signs, and outreach materials for exhibits.
Parking: The parking-to-square-foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements and if there is no controlling local code, the parking ratio will be 1 parking space per 200 square feet of leased space. A minimum of 4 employee public parking spaces must be available within a walkable ½ mile of offered space.
A minimum of 1 visitor public parking spaces must be available within a walkable ½ mile of offered space.
Adequate eating and banking facilities shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the Building, but generally not exceeding a drivable 2 miles, as determined by the LCO.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year”/“500-Year” floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
