This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the purchase and installation of overhead ceiling lifts into an already installed system within the VA Maryland Health Care System (VAMHCS) at the Baltimore, Perry Point, and Loch Raven locations.
This is a brand name only solicitation.
See Statement of Work and Salient Characteristics for the requirements.
Please complete the Price/Cost schedule on page 9.
