Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.603 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Government is requesting quotations and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation W15QKN-23-Q-0XHO is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04.
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract to procure a 3rd party assessment and the recognition and credentialing of compliant Lean Six Sigma projects – Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt- with an independent evaluation of the projects and processes used. This ensures that Government projects continue to meet or exceed industry standards. The contractor shall perform an assessment of the Program projects as they relate to the current LSS program criteria. The contractor shall provide improvement recommendations for the LSS program criteria and program of instruction (POI) where necessary if deficiencies or improvement are identified. The requirement for assessment and recognition will be in accordance with the Synopsis/Solicitation and Statement of Work (SOW) enclosed below.
