36--NOTICE OF INTENT

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE-SOURCE BASIS The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge (Service) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Other than Full and Open Competition procedures and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures to CD3 General Benefit Corporation located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The requirement is for a CD3 Wayside Solar Body Assembly with Trailer Mounting System, which is a boater operated, internet connected, waterless cleaning system designed to help prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species.

The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this action is 333318 Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing, and the size standard is 1,000 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency by 07/07/2022 to Melissa Marchand at melissa_marchand@fws.gov. This notice is for informational purposes only. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
