Description

Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division intends to award a firm fixed price for engineering services to develop, test, and evaluate measurement plans on rudder tapers for candidate inspection platforms to provide a feasibility assessment on pursuing further Rudder Analysis Verification and Evaluation (RAVE) system development from Propulsor Technology Inc. on a Sole Source basis.
