THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTE; THE VA IS NOT SEEKING PRICING OR OFFERS. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in support of Roseburg VA Healthcare System, Roseburg, OR, is currently requesting information in order to determine the existence of viable sources capable of providing construction services. Period of Performance: The intended contract period of performance is 90 calendar days for submittals and 720 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Description of Services: This project will renovate Building 3 of the Roseburg VAMC, which was originally built circa 1933. The renovation design will address and remediate facility condition deficits including exterior finishes, trim, windows, and doors, and provide for a seismic retrofit of the building. MEP, a 13,469 square foot administrative building that houses Fiscal, Logistics, Call Center, and VISN 20 will be included in the renovation and retrofit. The Contractor will provide all labor, materials and equipment for the demolition and construction services needed to complete this project including: a full seismic retrofit and renovation of the building and the addition of an elevator and stair tower. All work will meet SOW, drawings, and specification requirements as well as any applicable manufacturer s recommended installation procedures. NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the small business size standard is $45.0 million (January 2022 standards). The Government is not soliciting offers at this time, and it will be the Contracting Officer who will determine which suggested changes are accepted. This is a sources sought notice to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. A solicitation is not currently available. Responses: Responses to this request will be considered for the purpose of determining how the requirements will be stated and how the procurement will be conducted.
