7-Meter Rigid Inflatable Boat Overhaul

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed price contract for overhaul for two rigid inflatable boats (RIBs). The required work shall take place at the contractor's facility.  The contractor must have resources and facilities to perform this work on the island of Oahu. The tentative Period of Performance is 16 JANUARY 2024 to 28 JUNE 2024.

This posting serves as a Pre-Solicitation notice in association with N32253-24-Q-0013. The pre-solicitation notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This posting is not a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code (PCS) is J019 MAINT/REPAIR/REBUILD OF EQUIPMENT- SHIPS, SMALL CRAFT, PONTOONS, AND FLOATING DOCKS. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov by the award date.

The Solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about 8 DECEMBER 2023. Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and proposal instructions that will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation, N32253-24-Q-0013. All offers shall be emailed to the primary and secondary point of contact listed in the upcoming posting.
