Description
A. The purpose of this amendment to solicitation is to extend the due date and time and to provide updated information for RFI No. 13.
B. Proposal due date has been extended from 06/12/2024 to 07/08/2024 by 12:00 PM PDT.
C. RFI # 13: Can the VA please provide the Asbestos and Lead report for the work area?
VA Answer: Asbestos test reports were negative. Lead test reports for White Paint detected 40 ppm. Provide a separate estimate line item for White Paint identified to maintain compliance with NV OSHA 1926.62(d) requirements regarding potential exposure of workers to lead at any concentration in paint or other lead containing materials.
D. VA Response RFI No. 13 ACM & LBP Survey is attached to this amendment.
E. Contractors must acknowledge all amendments by returning a signed copy at the time of proposal submission.
F. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
